1. PAYMENTS

The first payment of 750€ must be made via bank transfer after making the reservation, within the next 48 hours. The rest will be paid on the day of departure, before starting the charter, if you want any service on board, it must be specified at least two days before departure.

2. CENCELLATION:

2.1 In case of cancellation of the departure due to adverse weather conditions, the day of departure will be changed or if the clients prefer, the payments received will be returned in full and there will be no cancellation or change fees.

2.2 When the cancellation of the departure occurs unilaterally by the client, the cancellation costs will depend on the advance notice with which it is communicated:

a) In case of a cancellation communicated before the 90 days prior to the reserved departure, there will be no cancellation fees, and the payments received on account will be returned in full.

b) In the event of a cancellation communicated within 90 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the first payment, that is, 50% of the total amount of the charter.

3. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY:

Your personal data such as name, surname, email and telephone number will be used only by the Enjoy Charters (Sailing Boat C’an Pastilla SLU) team. The bank account or data of your credit or debit card will be completely protected by the system and none of our employees will have access to said information.
